PoolFlow subscription plans explained

PoolFlow offers plans for businesses of all sizes. Choose based on your volume and needed features.

Plans

Launch — $49/month

Best for new or part-time pool service businesses.

Quote limits

Quotes count when a customer submits a booking. This includes:
- Completed bookings that become jobs
- Quote requests
- Abandoned checkouts that reached the contact step

Limits reset on your billing date each month.

Overage fees

If you exceed your quota, you'll be charged:
- $1 per additional quote on Launch
- $0.75 per additional quote on Pro
- $0.50 per additional quote on Performance

Premium has no limits or overages.

You'll get a warning email when you're approaching your limit.

Platform fee

All plans include a 1% platform fee on transactions. This covers payment infrastructure and is in addition to Stripe's processing fees.

Example: On a $100 job:
- Platform fee (1%): $1.00
- Stripe fee (~2.9% + $0.30): $3.20
- You receive: $95.80

Free trial

New accounts get 30 days free on any plan. No credit card required to start.

During trial:
- Full access to all features
- Standard quote limits
- No charges until trial ends

After trial, add payment to continue. Your data stays intact.

Changing plans

Upgrade or downgrade anytime in Settings → Billing.

Upgrading: New plan starts immediately. You're charged the prorated difference.

Downgrading: New plan starts at next billing cycle. You keep current features until then.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in billing settings. You keep access until the end of your paid period.

After cancellation:
- Your booking page goes offline
- You can still access data and exports
- Subscriptions you've created continue (they're on your Stripe account)

To reactivate, just re-subscribe.

Team members

Additional team members are $10/month each on any plan. First user included free.
