Most pros set up their own page in under 10 minutes — add your services, set pricing, upload a logo, done. If you get stuck, email support and we'll help. Premium customers get a dedicated onboarding call where we build it together.

What if I go over my job limit?

You pay the per-job overage rate. If overages start adding up, upgrade to the next tier — it'll actually save you money. We'll flag you before it happens.

Do I pay for people who browse but don't book?

No. You only pay for completed bookings — when a customer actually checks out and pays. Browsers, tire-kickers, repeat visits — those are free.

Do I need a website to use PoolFlow?

No. Your booking page lives at getpoolflow.com/your-name. Share the link anywhere — texts, Nextdoor, Google Business Profile, Facebook, email signatures. The link IS your online presence if you want it to be.

How do my customers pay?

Standard credit/debit card through Stripe. Money goes directly to your bank account. We never touch it. Standard Stripe fees (2.9% + 30¢) apply — you decide whether to absorb them or pass them to the customer.

What happens after the free trial?

You pick a plan and keep going. If you don't, your page goes offline — no surprise charges. All your data stays so you can reactivate anytime.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What counts as a job?

A completed checkout where the customer selects a service and pays. Recurring service renewals that auto-bill also count as one job each cycle. Request-a-quote submissions do not count — only paid transactions.

What if a customer cancels or I issue a refund?

The job still counts toward your monthly total. We don't claw back, but we also don't charge extra. Handle refunds directly through Stripe.

Do you take a percentage of my revenue?

No. Zero platform fees. Your $200 pool cleaning is your $200 minus standard Stripe processing. We make money from your monthly subscription, not your jobs.

Can my customers book recurring service?

Yes. Customers can subscribe to weekly, biweekly, or monthly service directly through your booking page. It auto-bills each cycle. You don't have to chase payments.

How does the satellite pool measurement work?

For services you price per square foot, the customer enters their address and we pull satellite imagery. They draw around their pool and get an instant price based on the actual size. No truck roll, no tape measure, no estimate appointment.

Is there a contract?

No. Cancel anytime. If you go annual, you commit to 12 months at a discount, but monthly plans have zero commitment.

Can I white-label / remove PoolFlow branding?

Yes, on Pro ($99/mo) and above. On Launch, your customers see a small "Powered by PoolFlow" link at the bottom of your booking page and in confirmation emails. Pro removes this completely — your customers only see your brand, your logo, your colors. If you want your booking page to look like something you built in-house, Pro is the way to go.

What if I need help?

All plans include email support. Performance and Premium add SMS support for faster back-and-forth. Premium also includes an onboarding call where we set everything up together.

What happens during the off season?

We offer hibernation mode for slow seasons. Instead of canceling, you can hibernate your account for just $29/month (up to 6 months). While hibernating:

  • All your data, services, and settings are preserved
  • Your booking page shows a "Closed for the Season" message
  • Visitors can still leave their contact info for when you're back
