Your booking page is where customers book and pay for services. It's hosted at a unique URL for your business.
Your booking URL
Your booking page lives at:
getpoolflow.com/your-business-name/book
The URL slug is based on your business name. You can customize it in Branding settings.
What customers see
The booking flow has several steps:
- Address — Customer enters their service location
- Pool measurement — For per-sqft services, customers trace their pool on a satellite image
- Services — Customer selects what they need
- Add-ons — Optional upsells you've configured
- Contact info — Name, email, phone
- Agreement — Your service terms (if enabled)
- Payment — Card capture via Stripe
The flow adapts based on your settings. Steps are skipped if not needed.
Customizing your page
Branding
Go to Branding to customize:
- Logo — Appears in the header
- Brand color — Buttons and accents
- Business name — Shown throughout the flow
- URL slug — Your booking page URL
Service agreement
Add terms and conditions that customers must accept before booking. This is optional but recommended for setting expectations.
Go to Checkout settings to add or edit your agreement text.
Sharing your booking link
Put your booking link everywhere:
- Website — Add a "Book Now" button
- Social media — Pin it to your profiles
- Google Business — Add it as your booking URL
- Email signature — Include in every email
- Business cards — Print it or use a QR code
- Vehicle wraps — Let your truck advertise for you
Quote request mode
For some services, you might want to review before accepting payment. Enable quote request mode in Checkout settings:
- Customer fills out the form but doesn't pay
- You receive the request and review it
- You send a quote with your price
- Customer pays to confirm
This is useful for custom work, large jobs, or when you need to see the pool first.
Mobile experience
The booking page is fully responsive. Customers can book from their phone just as easily as from a computer. Test it yourself to see what they experience.
Demo mode
Add ?demo=true to your booking URL to test the flow without creating real bookings:
getpoolflow.com/your-business-name/book?demo=true
Demo bookings are marked clearly and don't process real payments.
