Get your PoolFlow booking page live in about 10 minutes. Here's what you'll do:
- Create your account
- Add your services with pricing
- Connect Stripe to receive payments
- Share your booking link
1. Create your account
Sign up for free at getpoolflow.com with your email. No credit card required for the 30-day trial.
After confirming your email, you'll land on your dashboard. The checklist at the top shows what to set up first.
2. Add your first service
Go to Services in the sidebar and click Add Service.
Fill in the basics:
- Name — What you call the service (e.g., "Pool Cleaning")
- Description — A short explanation customers will see
- Price — Your rate (flat rate or per-sqft)
- One-time vs Recurring — Whether this is a one-off job or ongoing service
Don't overthink it. You can always edit services later or add more.
3. Connect Stripe
You need a Stripe account to receive payments. PoolFlow uses Stripe Connect so money goes directly to your bank account — we never touch it.
Go to Settings → Payments and click Connect with Stripe. If you already have a Stripe account, you can link it. Otherwise, Stripe will walk you through creating one.
This takes about 5 minutes. You'll need your business info and bank account details.
4. Share your booking link
Once you have at least one service and Stripe connected, your booking page is live.
Find your link in the dashboard or go to Branding to see it. It looks like:
getpoolflow.com/your-business-name/book
Share this link anywhere:
- Text it to customers
- Post on Nextdoor or Facebook
- Add to your Google Business Profile
- Put in your email signature
- Print on business cards or truck magnets
That's it
You're ready to take bookings. When a customer books, you'll get an email and SMS (if enabled). The job shows up in your dashboard for review.
