Services are what you offer to customers. Each service has a name, description, price, and billing type. Here's how to set them up.
Adding a service
- Go to Services in the sidebar
- Click Add Service
- Fill in the details
- Save
Your service is now available on your booking page.
Service details
Name
What customers see when booking. Keep it clear and simple:
- "Weekly Pool Cleaning" (good)
- "Premium Deluxe Weekly Maintenance Package" (too long)
Description
A brief explanation of what's included. Customers see this on your booking page. Focus on value:
- What you'll do
- What's included
- How long it typically takes
Price
Your rate for the service. You can choose different pricing models:
- Flat rate — One fixed price regardless of pool size
- Per square foot — Price calculated based on pool area
- Tiered pricing — Different rates for different pool sizes
See the Pricing Models article for details on each option.
Billing type
Choose how customers pay:
- One-time — Single payment for one-off jobs (repairs, openings, cleanups)
- Recurring — Ongoing subscription (weekly, biweekly, or monthly service)
Recurring services automatically create subscriptions. Customers are billed on schedule without you having to invoice them.
Service image
Add a photo to make your booking page more visual. Good options:
- Your team at work
- A clean, sparkling pool
- Before and after shots
- Your equipment or truck
Images should be at least 800x600 pixels for best quality.
Reordering services
Drag and drop services to change their order on your booking page. Put your most popular or profitable services first.
Editing services
Click on any service to edit it. Changes apply immediately to your booking page.
Note: Editing a service doesn't affect existing bookings or subscriptions. Those keep their original pricing.
Deleting services
Click the delete button to remove a service. This hides it from your booking page but doesn't affect existing jobs.
If you want to temporarily hide a service without deleting it, you can edit its visibility settings.
Tips for services
Start simple
You don't need every service on day one. Start with your most common offerings and add more later.
Be specific
"Pool Opening" is clearer than "Seasonal Service." Customers should know exactly what they're booking.
Price for profit
Factor in your time, materials, travel, and overhead. Don't underprice just to get bookings.
Consider bundles
If customers often book multiple services together, consider creating a bundled service at a slight discount.
